Finally, Here It Is...The Maruti Suzuki Swift 2017 Spied Again.


According to the picture, the new Swift will have a completely new design and features as compared to the existing model. It is expected to be offered with a new headlamp cluster, which has a sharp and aggressive design along with LED Daytime Running Lamps, split front grille with thin chrome surrounding, large air dams, side skirts and new tail lamp design. In addition, the new Swift is also expected to be offered with a new 10-spoke alloy wheel, new front fog lamp design and blackened-out A and B pillars for a floating roof effect. The rear door handles of the car have also been replaced and placed closer to the C-pillar.

Mechanically, the upcoming Swift, which is due in late 2017, is likely to be powered by 1.2 litre petrol and 1.3 litre diesel engines, which has been seen doing duty on the current model. The Swift is also expected to have a 1.0 litre Boosterjet petrol motor in a 'RS' guise. With the launch of the new Swift that is slated for 2017, there will be another option for potential buyers to choose from Maruti Suzuki's stable.

Currently there are no interior images that have been revealed, but we expect the car to feature a flat-bottomed steering wheel, leatherette seat upholstery, a new infotainment system with satellite navigation with Apple CarPlay and MirrorLink compatibility. These features are expected to be restricted to the higher trims to keep the pricing of the 2017 Swift competitive.
