The freedom for people to make modifications to inherited human DNA.

Scientists Want To Modify Human Genes So That Future Generations Don't Get Sick

Scientists speak in a lot of medical and 'science-y' jargon but the agenda of a new report is blatantly simple: They want to
genetically engineer humans so that they don’t get diseases.

This was the conclusion of a report which urges for the freedom for people to make modifications to inherited human DNA so that diseases can be erased or treated.

Indeed it is a controversial demand but one that could stop a disease from being carried on to future generations.
Why is this report important?

This report is a written official approval by the National Academy of Sciences and National Academy of Medicine for medical researchers to delve into the realm of editing and removing human DNA.

Critics argue that this research is a slippery slope and could eventually lead to open avenues to adding preferential physical features or characteristics to produce the most efficient human beings.
